Hi there...I love everything about Adium except I can't figure out if it's possible to check profiles and away messages of people who aren't on your contact list? In AIM, i can just go to 'get info' and do it.

If it's not possible, it definitely should be in a future release.

Use command + N, enter the persons name, press return.

This'll open a new message window, and press shift + command + I

Hmm, thanks, but I don't think that works. When i do that, I don't get any info in the info window even though they're definitely online (b/c i checked it against AIM). Am i doing something wrong?

I had this same problem in the beta releases, so maybe they didn't get the chance to fix it.
