Where did the popup go - v0.8

Post by Mayday »

I dont seem to have the popup anymore when a user goes on/offline or goes away/returns from away.

Ive looked through all the prefs, cant find anything obvious, also searched the forum and couldnt find anything.

Im sure its there and Im just blind.

Event preferences. Add an action to the "user goes away" action, for example.

Pop Up

Post by inconstanti »

I have already tried the event preferences but there's no option to add the pop up notification.

How is it done?

I used to think this feature was sort of annoying - now I realize what I've lost!

Please help

Add growl notifications and you should be set.

You need to install and configure Growl. When you chose Growl Notifications in Adium's Event preferences it should've given you a notice asking if you want to install Growl. Now all you have to do is set it up.
The truth is usually just an excuse for a lack of imagination.
