Selecting Available, which account comes online

In the menu item, the first item is "Available"
In the dock, in Status, the same menu is there.
What determines which account becomes Available? I have two IM accounts, how can I change which of those two will be the default?

If all of your accounts are offline, selecting this global available state will sign in any account you have set to sign in automatically at application launch.

I find this to not be the case, I have no auto login, and it is picking one to log on, one I do not want.

Signing in all accounts that are set as automatic is what's supposed to happen, but I too have noticed that this is not the case. Perhaps a bug?

in teh status menu, just pick the account you want, thats why there are arrows next to all of them indicating a sub-menu

This makes no sense to me, so the first "Available" menu is supposed to sign on whatever accounts are set to auto-login. If you auto-login, whats the need for it, the app is doing it for you? Sure, you may log off and need to get back on, but thats rare, it makes no sense.
I have two accounts, neither of which are set to auto login, and the first "Available" menu picks to login the account I do not want it to.
Now, sure, I can use the accounts->Available method, but those are pretty far down the menu when you have about 10 away messages. Which then begs the question, why the duplication of away messages, they are in the main menu AND in each of the account sub menus.
The above is arguable, sure, I can handle the inconvenience of digging into a menu to sign on a certain account. The away messages is confusing, to me at least.
What I don't consider arguable, is accessing all this via the dock, there I am presented with Status->Available. SO which account is that going to log into?
Then, why are the Available and Offline at such opposite ends of the menu's, they seem more logical near each other. In the past version, picking an account to log on of off of was trivial and clear, I really feel this is no longer the case.
Great app, I hope this is taken constructively, as I am not complaining, just pointing out what I consider some "issues".
