Growl notification with Adium

Hi
I've set Growl to show a bezel when mail arrives in hotmail when I'm using Adium. However, I can't stop Adium from displaying a popup that has to be clicked to disappear.
Any ideas why this is happening?

Look in the Growl Preferences. Are there any check boxes in the Adium list which have checks? try clicking on it and making it blank or with a minus sign.

Hi ho - I have version 0.81 of Adium, and the newest Growl, but I just can't make it work.. the iTunes, and Safari-growl works, but with Adium, Growl just doesn't work!
Any tips? (in the growl preferences Adium is checked and everything, so can't figure it out..)
