Shift+Return in Initial Messages

This must have been a left-over feature that is still lingering about:

This only occurs in the very initial message to someone, but for the first line, if you hold down Shift+Return, it will enter a carriage return. For all subsequent responses, it will act as a sent message.

Note: My Preferences are - Send on Return, do not send on Enter
