req: visible & ignore list

Is it possible to implement this for 0.9?
I know blocking is already supported, but i think it would be nice have a view of all blocked buddies (maybe a list?) so you can easily add/remove people. Same for the visible list, so the people on this list can see you even when you are invisible.
