Voice notifications and IM read back missng?? version .80

Under the last version of Adium running under Panther the IM's would be read through the speakers... Now version .80 running on Tiger that function is missing? not default? How can I bring it back. It was way cool! :shock:

Preferences->Events. Add "speak event" actions wherever you want.
