my contactlist is stuck above the menubar i have no idea how it got there but i can only see it when i press F9 when i come out of expose it shoots back up and i cant get it back down. HELP!!!!

I believe this will be fixed if you remove the file Contact List.plist from ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Users/Default, but you may have to redo some settings for your contact list.

You got the directory right, but not the file. You want to delete the "Window Positions.plist".

I have this problem now all the time. I use my laptop at work with a second monitor. If I don't move it back to my main monitor before I go home, it gets lost. Even when I get back to work and hook the monitor up again, it still won't come back. I can usually see it in Expose, but sometimes not even there. Very weird, very annoying.

Using the "Regular Window" window style is a good temporary solution to solve these window placement problems.

Do we have a trac ticket on this?

It seems 93 is most like this. Adding my comments to that.
