Log disparity

Something I've noticed is that the logs use screennames to show messages, but the alias to show status changes.
Shouldn't the screenname be used in all instances?

Personally I kinda like it the way it is, but for me it isn't a big deal...

This is on purpose.
If you have a metacontact (more than 1 screename under the same alias) then the conversation is with an alias/contact and when they change state [away/available/etc.] then it is a screenname-specific change and shows the SN, not the alias [since you could switch the contacts in the conversation and have statuses appearing and not realize the change.]
