Hi,
My wireless network seems to cut out whenever my cordless phone rings/is answered no matter what channel I'm set to. Now... when this happens and it re-establishes the network after the phone is off, my ssh connections and everything else is still running. Now what happens with adium is another story.
Sometimes adium will reconnect to 1-2 of 4 services i'm using... sometimes it'll just stay disconnect. The earlier versions seemed to handle reconnecting on failures rather well.
This wouldn't be so annoying except if one service is connected... I can't change my status to 'Available' for everything to go online because it's already set to available. I need to click on each service individually to connect.
Another issue I've had since the new history system was put in a few versions back was that the 'greyed-out' text that appears for previous conversations is usually more than a month old and never actually grabs the most recent chat history. If I right-click a user and show previous conversations, it does contain the proper history and shows the latest chat logs... but that's not what appears when opening a new chat window with that user. Has anyone else experienced this problem/know of a solution?
Thanks,
Dan
Auto-Reconnect issues (0.81), also chat log issue
Yeah I'm on 10.4.1.Adam Iser wrote:You're running 10.4, right? I think that auto-reconnect issue is fixed for 0.82 (beta.adiumx.com).
Does anyone else have the same problem with the chat logs? (The option under Prefs -> Advanced -> Message History -> Show up to x lines of history in new windows)

I've seen a number of reports of stuff like this, and seen it myself several times; my hope is that we'll be able to use the logs for message history instead of storing it separately, in the future.agentbob wrote: Does anyone else have the same problem with the chat logs?
