Does anyone know the solution for this problem?

Perhaps a file needs to be deleted or something. This problem started during the 0.8 beta; I am guessing that the problem is nonexistant for those who did not touch the beta, but went right to the public release. Any suggestions?

Keep monitoring the trac ticket, instead of double posting it here and there. If a solution is found it will be posted there, and all relevant information should also be posted there.
