Profile Background

I can view profiles with a background on Adium .8, however I cannot have my own..I can change the font color but I cannot but a background in..

commant + T, click on the Document icon.

I dont see that icon. Is it because of Jaguar?

Well the thing is, my solution works for messages but I never tried it with profiles.

I can't seem to get it to work for profiles. Perhaps I am doing it wrong?

it doesn't work. there are many instances in various applications, not just adium, where i want to change the text background color and cannot, despite the fact that the font panel provides no feedback that i shouldn't be able to do so.
