Encoding of incoming messages

If anybody knows, could you tell please how to set encoding of incoming messages. This feature seems to exist as it is described in trac.adiumx.com for version 0.70 -- "(ICQ) Added support for specifying a custom text encoding". I haven't found the option in version 0.81.

I am getting unreadable Russian messages from ICQ clients. To read the messages I tried different fonts that include cyrylic characters but that did not help.

It's in the Options tab of your ICQ Account.

Thank you!
Tried different encodings.
Does this encoding setting apply only to new messages? Is there a way to view messages that I already recieved (history) ?

The logs are HTML so theoretically you could view them in Safari.

I think the html is generated on the fly. As what i found is a template for the log, but i haven't found the content itself (grep ICQ# or Nickname) in any of the files.
