Thanks for all the great suggestions guys! So without further ado, here is the newly finished edited Lee Powell/prez Menu Bar Icon, complete with 5 candy-coated flavors. (original "Wow That's Bright Blue" not shown)
You'll notice, of course, that there is new member of the family - by special request - known as "Crazy Demon Red."

Thanks, and you're very, very welcome.
One of the next steps - thanks to some helpful suggestions - would be to somehow implement the ability of the icon to represent someone's away - or not away - status. honestly, i'm a little lost as to how to go about doing it.
So, does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks Jack. Thanks a lot. It's really sweet, I just replaced my old one.
Regarding the away status... I don't think this is possible and the devs didn't want to implement such thing, which I understand since we have the dock icon.
Anyway, thanks again.
