It's a lot easier if you have the xcode tools installed, due to plist editor being included there, but you can do it without.

Basically, download any icon set. I'd go with one of Lys's as an example, she has pretty easy to follow ones. Ctrl+click, show package contents on it. Inside will be a bunch of images, and one file with a .plist extension, which is a text file. The .plist tells adium how exactly each of the images in this directory should be displayed. That's about it, you should be able to figure it out from there.

in some download-folders i found the *.AdiumIcon and another folder:

__MACOSX (in the folder there was the same (?) AdiumIcon)

do i need to creat the folder, too???

Since there's been a bunch of Super Hero Ducks already I'm wondering if anybody else would like to see the Justice League. I think Superman, Green Lantern, J'Onn J'Onzz and Flash would be good bets since there's Batman and Aquaman already. If its too much work don't worry about it. I just think it would be rad to have the JLA available!

Yes more Marvel. God forbid I finish my knight, I might just make a marvel super-hero. I wonder which one. Than again maybe I need to get back to Laura's icons. They are feeling abandoned.

Agent, Archer, Doctor, Chinese guy, TMNT, Juggler, Punk Rock, just to name a few. Just a quick list don't get mad if it's incorrect. (I just know someone it waiting to go "I already did that one" or "you misspelled that one" or "you missed one".)

Yeah i was thinking of changing his arms into wings, I could not figure out how to make it any duckier besides that tho....

One wing one blaster. That way you don't lose the Samus effect you might without the blaster. Also webbed feet!

ok that sounds great, I'll update it in the next version, but i don't know how well I will be able to execute it. We shall see.
