Buddy Icon Script?

is there a way to change my buddy icon to show the album art of the currently playing song? like how you can set the currently playing song with /music.

No, and I'm not exactly sure how you would activate this script even if there was a way...

I think you put it into your profile or display name/alias. That way, you still get it auto-updating every 30 seconds.
