Minimize non-tabbed chat window to buddy's avatar?

Any option to cause non-tabbed windows to minimize to the dock and use the buddy's avatar?

Specifically, I sometimes override the avatars with ones from my address book -- which are basically mug shots.

Makes it real easy to see who's talking to me when the windows are minimized ala iChat.

If not possible, is this on the roadmap?

Don't think it's possible, but it's a feature I'd like to see.
