Way to change background profile color?

Way to change background profile color?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how to change your profile's background color to say black? I highlighted the whole text area and clicked on the black color, but that did absolutely nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yeah, I checked out the site but all it said was to goto show fonts and colors but I highlighted my whole profile and chose show colors under format and clicked a color and it still didnt change the color of the background (It only changed the font color). I also tried doin this with the profile unhighlighted and it still didn't work, any other suggestions? Thanks!
