Groups keep coming back

when i delete a group without any users in it, thse group keeps coming back over and over again. how can i prevent it from coming back?

Search before posting! I know I typed that path at least 3 times these last few weeks…

If you are using MSN it could be that these are email groups with in your hotmail account, in which case you need it to stop syncing with the account.
