I often get this message even if I'm connecting for the first time all day:

"You have been connecting and disconnecting too frequently. Wait ten minutes and try again. If you continue to try, you will need to wait even longer."

Then it makes me wait. Cruel.

Anyone know how to fix this? Much obliged for any and all help.
