Hi everyone. I'm working on my first message style, designed to look like the Show as Text setting in iChat.

I have pretty much no idea what I'm doing, but I seem to have a working version. I'd like folks to test it out and give me tips and/or suggestions on how to make it better.

If anyone looks at the CSS/HTML, it's fairly sketchy at best. I'm not as experienced with CSS as I am HTML. I just threw something together to try and get the job done.

One really obvious issue I'm having is the extra pixel or two at the bottom of each message. Not sure how to get rid of this.

Are you doing this with tables?

You should either switch to CSS or use the HTML 4 DOCTYPE in template.html.

Yeah, I did do this in tables. I was just trying to get it work as my knowledge of CSS isn't that great. This is a real rough draft kinda thing.
