I've been checking the Xtras site almost every day now, seeing what is new. However, I have noticed a small mistake, and would like to see something else added to the site.

Basically: When you try to sort something by Popularity, it sorts by the number of downloads still instead of ratings. And the other thing is that there seems to be no way to browse a category of Status Icons. I would like to replace mine, but there is no easy way to see what is available.

Hopefully these things can or will be worked on, as they are the only thing this site needs improvement on in my humble opinion.

Popularity sort is based on both downloads and rating, using a equation that I can't remember right now.

It must be some funky formula, as my soundset goes underneath another soundset with less downloads and a lower rating (but a slightly higher number of raters) than mine.

I have to guess it's based off of letting items that have more number of ratings count more, even if the ratings are less... I guess...

Also, here is where my soundset ranks, and there are plenty of lower ranked items above mine. Just seems odd that if 100 people think something is a 2, it is better than 20 people who think an item is a 4.

However, as for my second question, any idea if Status Icons will be added soon to the categories list?

Status Icons will be… eventually. Waiting still is.
