this has probably been asked before but im too lazy to read every post.......but there isnt an allow all option for file transfer is there?

Fire up the Official Client and set it in there. Adium should honour those preferences.

my friend said he cant access it

For File Transfer, open the Adium prefs, go to the File Transfer pane, and select the "Automatically accept files..." checkbox. Is this what you want?

Note that you can do this only for file transfer; for things like Direct Connect invitations, you'll need the official client to set the pref.
