Would it be interesting to have information about the state of contacts in the past?
On Skypejournal there's an article that shows a possible way of showing when a contact was online or not.

There are direct uses to this (like knowing if this person still uses his/her IMsoftware or knowing what the chances are of meeting this person online.

This post is not meant as a direct future request, but rather as an idea to work on (like the question for the future of a contact list)
