MSN pictures not showing@@?

Hello everyone, I got a problem when I'm using Adium...
I Don't seem to see all of the pictures my friends put on their msn(The little photos pics people can show beside their contacts)
I only see like about 4 or 5 people's pictures...and all the others have the picture of the butterfly like msn logo....
Is it a bug of the software? Or is there something that I didn't setup right...
Any suggestions^^?
