Name Change Event and Status Change Event

It would be nice to have a name change event (that triggers when a contact changes their name). This is particularly useful for MSN.
Also, it would be nice to have a status change event (that triggers when a contact changes their status). This is particularly useful for ICQ (which has more statuses than just "Away" and "Not Away").
