Link in Profile

ok so I read all that good stuff about inserting links into your profile, but everytime I try it theres this itty bitty yellow mighty duck that shows up and I cant insert it....Help? Thanks muchly

The yellow duck comes up when the link you enter is invalid. What is the link you are trying to insert? Make sure it's a full-blown link.

its a link that i had on my Windows from buddyprofile.com, i copied it from a link "Copy Code" directly from the site, I dont think its the link

im starting to think my computer dumbness has reached a new low in thinking that was a link. *smacks forehead* Help still?

That's not a link. There is a link in there, but the place you got the code from expected you to be able to put pure HTML into the profile instead of having a link editor, like Adium does. We're too advanced :) Put this into your link editor: http://www.buddyprofile.com/viewprofile ... delia&u=%n

Though it looks like the code is attempting to display the extended profile in the profile window itself, which Adium will not do. It will pass it to Safari instead (if you are the one clicking on the link).
