Suggestions about smilies

Post by vokuro »

What about make smilies list dependant to service ? I'd like to use MSN set with MSN contacts, iChat set with iChat contacts, etc...

2nd : is it planned to organise smilies using the iChat way ? It is not efficient to scroll a long list... A tabular view is quicker.

This is only aimed to improved Adium, which is yet great soft !

Thx ! :)

By editing your account you can set what emoticon set you want to use I think. All from-the-service emoticons are on http://www.adiumxtras.com

Correct, but let's take: :D

Code: Select all

:D
If using more accounts,
if using MSN,
the same code belongs to all protocols.

The result is that you won't see the MSN smile. Someonme'd "secure" smiles to a protocol (dunno exactly, but you get the idea).

You should, there is an option in the Accounts preferences I think... there WAS anyways, not sure if it's still there nowadays.
