I've had trouble getting file transfers to work with Adium, to other Adium users as well as AIM users. I hangs on the message that reads something along the line of "waiting to initiate file transfer" but never gets past that point. Do I have a certain setting wrong, or is this a bug? Maybe I'm just missing something all together.

I know nothing, but are you behind a firewall?

The thing with File Transfers is that it works with some people and doesnt for others (like me). It's being worked on.
