Command line

Post by dfunct »

I don't suppose that there is any kinda of command line interactiverty that I could use in adium? I love the program but I have 2 mac's (a PM G5 and an ibook) and every now and again I'll take the ibook to bed with me and sign on to the various networks (which will log me out of course), course when I finish and log off there is no way to log the accounts back on the other machine, I was wondering if I could use an SSH tunnel to do it some how?

thanks for your time

Write an applescript; ssh to your other machine and run it ;)

tell application "Adium"
connect every account
end tell
The duck still burns.

You could create shell scripts with the osascript command.
