This is really trivial, and doesn't matter in the slightest, but I'm curious. For some reason when I have a conversation window open and as well as the font panel, selecting the font panel makes the unified bar get lighter.

What the unified bar normally looks like when another window is selected:


Is that a unified bug? Adium bug? font panel bug? not a bug at all?

Yeah, happens for me as well - I think it's just how it's meant to be.

Ordinary title bars do that too, it's just less noticable because they're smaller. Open TextEdit and then open the Font Panel and you'll see it.

Indeed; this is on purpose. The font panel I shall classify as a “semi-window” and the message window a “window”. The window does not fade completely as another window would do that; semi-windows will partly (semi-) fade it.
