i have the latest version of adium, and i have this problem that doesnt go away. i have 2 contacts that i want to put into another group, and then delete the group that they where in. I get the following message... "Group Not Removed. 2 buddies from group Friendly people were not removed because their accounts were not logged in. These buddies and the group were not removed."

any ideas? i need help, its really annoying!

Obnoxious solution, but best we have right now: try moving ~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Users/Default User/blist.xml to the trash while Adium is not running.

i just checked, and the adium file isnt in there... any other ideas?

That's because evan forgot the word "libgaim"

~/Library/Application Support/Adium 2.0/Users/Default User/libgaim/blist.xml

That's where it is. And if you don't have it, you're not running Adium.

Yes it is. You're probably looking in /Library rather than ~/Library; ~ indicates your home directory.
