On the 'ium', my Tetris clone was named 'Pertetride'.. coincidence? I've also heard rumors that an atom icon predated the duck!

I read on the old Adium site that the original icon was supposed to be a bird, like a messenger bird, but the artist's "skillz" resulted in a duck-like figure

Bird flavored ducks. Or were they duck flavored birds? I'm just going out on a limb here and say they taste like apple juice.
