Hi there!
When I install Adium in a Mac OS X 10.3.x system I get all default status such as "out to lunch", "on the phone", "invisible", etc..
But when I install on OS X 10.4.x system I only got "available" and "away" status..
I already try in 4 different macs, no luck..
any help?
thanks

Try re-creating your statuses. That is, go to the preferences for Adium, clicking the Status icon and create away.
No idea where the original ones have gone.

You're talking about service-specific default statuses... sounds like MSN probably? Do you have an MSN account connected?

Hey!
But if I recreate those status they will be only copies of Away, right?
They will not use the differente colorored status...
I have 2 MSN, 1 ICQ, 1 Yahoo, 1 AIM and 1 Google accounts..
thanks

They may appear as copies in Adium but I'm pretty sure they register correctly to other users. Try adding yourself to your contact list and see what you "look" like.

You don't have to create anything. If you are online with an MSN account those will automatically be present in the Custom Status dialogue.

In Adium, a user has to create a status whose state is based off one of the service's default status states, right?
None of the default statuses of a service are available unless you click the "+" button in the Preferences and define a status based off one of the service's status states. Therefore, one is effectively creating a status.
I'm just being pedantic I suppose :-)

Ah. I see what you mean when you say that -- one could also do it from the Custom... item off the Status menu, optionally saving it when doing it for the first time.
