How do I make a soundset?

Hey everybody. I'm using Adium 0.84 and I am trying to make a soundset. I have all the WAVs and i know how to set them as alert sounds in the Events preferences. But I don't know how i can get the soundset as a .soundset file. How do I MAKE a .soundset file so that I can upload it to the Adium Xtras website? Thanks
