jabber: list of conference-rooms?

Hi,

because I am using jabber-conferences more frequently, I am missing a feature to see which rooms are available on a jabber conference server.

Right now I can join a room by typing the name of the room, server, handle and password. But how I can do that when I don't know which rooms are available? I'd like to have a list of all rooms which are available on the server -- perhaps with a list of all users who are in the room.

I addition to this I'd prefer to be able to manage such rooms like contacs. In Fire I can do that AFAIR, I am logged into a room by doubleclick the room-representing contact.

Is there a solution for my problems?
