Conversation window closed and logging on. (2)

Post by WickEd_Z »

Just wondering if there is any word on when we can expect a fix or modification to the way Adium obtains information regarding conversation window closed/timed out with MSN. As far as I know the best version of Adium for this (.84) automatically tells us it's been closed after 1 minute regardless of the user on the other end (possibly confusing this with a timeout), but if they close it earlier it will tell us that instead. I know it's not a major thing but it definitely adds to the experience. On this note, I do recall earlier versions of Adium more accurately supporting this feature (the inclusion of MSN conversation window timeouts/closures was added 18th of October last year). Is it possible the code for this might have been modified causing it to work less efficiently by accident?

Secondly, when can we expect to be able to log in to the network with a single click of the "Offline" bar. Mine always takes two.

About the first thing, that's a Libgaim bug, not an adium one. So we just have to wait for libgaim guys to solved.
I recoment you visit the tickets in http://trac.adiumx.com/ couse probably the bugs you find had been reported already
