Add Scripts in message window toolbar

Hi everyone.
I just wanted to know how could I add a button in the message window toolbar that executes a script.
I think that it would be usefull to have scripts as MSN Profile there.
Any Thoughts?

Open your message window, Control-click the toolbar, and drag the "Insert Script" button into the toolbar

Can't belive I didn't see that.
Is there any way however to put a single script?
