Hello - I am working on a modification of "Plastic" message style, for personal use. The new version has all square edges, and includes buddy icons. If it works out well, I will maybe get permission and share it on xtras.

I am having a small problem though and I wondered if anyone else has run into this. The shadow background image on the right works fine for the initial message, and then on the "next" messages, the shadow border doesn't show, but if I resize the window horizontally, smaller or bigger, it redraws perfectly. Here are some screen shots:

Fixed after resizing the window.

Does anyone know what the problem is? It doesn't seem specific to my style - it just seems like a redrawing issue. Thanks in advance.
