when you are using file transfer thru adium, the FT window updates a bit too fast for my tastes. it seems to update once every half second, which causes the estimated time to jump around a lot (since the upload/download speed is jumping around a lot), and makes it ahrd to know approximately when itll be done.

maybe it could be changed to update once per second? (or give us the option to change the frequency?)
