1) How can I set my Adium in order to be able to appear offline for a contact or more?
If it helps in any way I am asking for an yahoo mess account.
On the yahoo mess program I know that this is possible, and it is very useful.


2) Is it possible for adium to display the video window with someone with an iCHAT ?

3) Does Adium have support for "call" messaging with yahoo msg 7 users?

Audio/video support is not a feature of Adium for any protocol. I'm sure there are a lot of threads discussing this fact.

Ok, but what about the invisible status feature for a contact? Is that possible?

On a per-contact basis? No. You're invisible to everyone or you're visible to all.

Only exception I can think of is generally, IM protocols will not reveal your online status to people you've blocked.

I don't know if that's one of the many changes coming in 1.0 though, or if it's a "Never gonna happen", or what.

Blocking will be in adium soon. Last time I cheked the svn, it was working.

Blocking is already in Adium already, isn't it?

He's talking about a Visible list, where you're only invisible to certain people.

I think I did invisible. Go to Status > Custom > Available. Change Available to Invisible. This is my first post here hope I helped.

Yes I know, there is invisible, but is only available for all the contacts. I wanted to be invisible just for 1 or 2 people but not for everyone.
I hope they do it soon.
