I've got a pretty annoying bug which most likely exist for quite a while.
If you join/create an AIM Chatroom and there are people using Trillian, you'll most definitely get error messages as soon as they use special characters like ä, á, à, â, ö, ó, ò, ô, ß, ^, (and many, many more), because Adium seems to misinterpret these characters as soon as they appear in an AIM Chatroom. You won't get these problems if you chat with Trillian-Users directly.
The Error-Message is "(There was an error receiving this message. The buddy you are speaking to most likely has a buggy client.)"
This is, by the way, an Adium-Only Problem, as iChat doesn't have these problems. Currently I have to use both, iChat and Adium at the same time. Adium to chat and iChat to look up what the bugged messages were saying - That helps for the time being, but can't really be called "a solution" ;D
