Migrate from Trillian Pro to AdiumX?

How can I migrate the stuff that I want to keep from Trillian Pro, such as my custom contact name, logs, accounts, etc. from Trillian Pro to AdiumX? I don't want to lose 2-3 years of logs, and the custom names that I gave to practically everyone on my list so I knew who they were.
