Okay, I've had Adium for about three weeks now, and I haven't been able to figure this out. I try to use the file transfer function, but it NEVER works. My friends say that it either doesn't give them a message or the transfer does not move at all. They use either iChat or AIM, so I don't know if this problem remains for users also using Adium, but I find this to be a major setback.


Is there something I'm not doing correctly, or has Adium not come up with a solution for this yet?

A quick search on file transfer will come up with several solutions and threads.

Note: Routers, firewalls, and NATs present major issues.
