Smooth Operator

I was just wondering if someone could help me Im looking for a font code I guess..

The Smooth Operator message style uses all lowercase for the display name and it bugs me so I found the file to change it but dont know how to make it so it displays how the contact actually has it typed..

text-transform: uppercase;
text-transform: lowercase;

Both work but does anyone know how to make it so it just shows it exactly as the contact has typed it?
