harnessing the power of chuck norris

I was wondering if there was any way to auto send a message to someone everytime they came online. It's not for spamming purposes, but to use the random chuck norris quote generator to it's full use.

select a buddy, hit apple-i to open the info panel, select events from the top. Find "contact signs on" and create an event that sends a message.
