Disable the display pic in msn

Hey guys this is really annoying me, how do i disable my display pic, i dont like have a useless display pic and cant seem to find a option to disable having one

Disabling your DP is in Adium 1.0.

Cant you select a picture-well and hit delete to remove it? (Cant remember)

i tried the pressing the delete button on the dp but that didnt do anything it just set it to my dp to the mac osx user account pic

if someone can give me a step by step guide that would be good cuz i must be missing something

Are you sure it can be done? I've never seen anyone without a pic. If you don't select one, you always (?) get one of the default pics.

How about selecting an all black or all white picture?

well im a billion trillian % sure it can be done becuase i believe even in gaime its possible and defiantly is done in MSN Messenger for windows.

I just ran a couple of tests using MSN Messengr 7.5 for Windows. There are two different ways of 'disabling' your display picture, but in both cases you end up with one of the default pictures, i.e.

Orange Daisy
Soccer Ball
Chess Pieces
Beach Chairs
etc.

To me it seems impossible to not have any picture at all.

well i know i dont use the defauilt DPs when i use MSN 7.5 i know you can becuase my mates do it as well, and they hate me having a DP
