Check Console for crash logs, and tell us what they say. It should report any 10.4-only APIs being used.
dyld: /Applications/Adium.app/Contents/MacOS/Adium can't open library: /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ZeroLink.framework/Versions/A/ZeroLink (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

ZeroLink, as noted above, indicates you are in building the application in Development, not Deployment, mode which means it will only run on the box it was built on. Switch this using the popup in Xcode's toolbar.

The original link didn't work, as noted above. Seems like this user hasn't checked the forums since his original post though :/, hopefully he'll show up and post a deployment build :)

Unfortunately, the link you have clicked is not available.

The file has most likely exceeded its allotted bandwidth or has been removed by the original sender or a recipient.

I think that the profile/space link is very simple: only http://members.msn.com/ EMAIL DIR for example http://members.msn.com/irenestromp@hotmail.com and if you sign in in the passport account can view the msn space

Still requires someone to code it into adium though.

This still works, but Microsoft recently changed their entire profile system, so they are now redirected differently. Since then, Adium cannot properly retrieve an MSN contact's info.

I'm still alive, but busy with work and then this.

I ran into some problems when trying to build a deployment build, so I'll just wait until this weekend to try to sort things out.

I'm trying to fix stuff at the moment.

recommend doing 'make all' from the Release folder -- it'll do everything including making you a nice shiny .dmg.

Um... I tried to compile a Deployment build. Ran into problems during linking, but the PPC only target did work! So download is at the bottom of this post.
</Update>
This build still appears to just bounce in my dock, then disappear like the previous.

I'm on a PPC iMac G5 running 10.4.4 by the way.

Note: the fourth post above yours states that he's busy and will be recompiling over the weekend.

He added that build a day after that post though, with an update saying that it works with PPC, hence my quote.
