disable away messages

hey,
so I´ve got a little question. none of my icq-contants can read my away-messages. I don´t know what´s wrong, can it be something with the preferences or something?
hope you will help me, I love aways and I want others to read them

ICQ doesn't support custom away messages, so they can't see yours!
