For reasons I'm still trying to understand, Adium .88 is crashing on my laptop constantly. I have removed my entire Application Support folder for Adium. I nuked the prefs. I downloaded a shiny new copy. I started at square one, and it's still crashing. It seems to crash especially when I try to send a message (though not always. It takes a few minutes, and then kaboom.) One time, it crashed while I tried to resize a window. Interestingly, I have the same software version on my iMac, and it does not crash at all.

I've dutifully submitted a crash report each time, but I'm a little weary of it at this point. It's crashed about six times so far today. I would just like to regress to an earlier version, and see if maybe the seas will calm. Is there anywhere I can grab, say, .87?

I don't see .87 but most other older versions are on Adium's Sourceforge page.

There's two files for each release. The .dmg is the one you want, that's the application. The .tbz is the source code for developers.

I don't see any crash reports under the email registered to your forum name. What have you submitted them under?
